Group Practices

Vajrakilaya feast

We do a Vajrakilaya feast (Putri Rekphung) from the Dudjom Tersar tradition once a month. This practice is for Vajrayana practitioners who would like a more hands-on experience with Tibetan ritual, music and practice. Vajrakilaya is a practice for overcoming obstacles to enlightenment.

Throma Nagmo feast

We offer the short Throma Nagmo feast ceremony revealed by Dudjom Lingpa known as Thro Chung, usually on "Dakini day” the twenty-fifth day of the lunar month. Everyone is welcome, but this group ceremony can be overwhelming for new-comers because of it’s complexity.

Guru Rinpoche Feast

We we aspire to offer a full-length practice of Guru Rinpoche arranged by Dudjom Rinpoche call the Guru Deity Accomplishment (Guru Lha Drup.)

Buddha Offering Ceremony

We gather to do a visualization and offering practice of Shakyamuni Buddha on pcial Days in the Tibetan Buddhist calendar commemorating events in the Buddha’s life. This practice ws composed by Mipham Rinpoche and contains excerpts from Shantideva’s Way of the Bodhisattva. It is good for everyone from beginners to experienced practitioners.

Shitro Feast

This feast practice of the Hundred Peaceful and Wrathful Deities is a rare terma by Terton Dorje Ngak Rabtsel, a great lama from Eastern Tibet. The ceremony is offered by his local group of students, Osel Thegchog Ling. Includes prayers for the dead. Everyone is welcome, but this group ceremony can be overwhelming for new-comers because of it’s complexity.
